Whitefish Bay Public Education Foundation Inc

Since 1993, the Foundation has contributed over $1.5 million to the Whitefish Bay Public Schools for innovative programs such as

• creating a flexible, high-tech redesign of the Middle School Media Center
• building a recording studio and  providing keyboards for Music Departments
• installing a 3D printer for the Art Departments
• piloting voice enhancement devices for classroom teachers
• providing cameras for live streaming of classes during virtual learning

The Foundation supports the schools through Nuss Grants to teachers for innovative programs, Nelson grants to teachers for continuing education; Bay Balls and Run the Bay Run/Walks to bring the community together and fundraise for specific projects to help the schools; and scholarships for graduating seniors. The Foundation also supports the WFB Blue Duke Nation Alumni & Friends network which connects students past and present for mentoring, reunions, alumni news and connections.
